PRE-ORDER: Octomore 17 Series Bundle – 17.1, 17.2, 17.3 (3 x 700 mL)

PRE-ORDER: Octomore 17 Series Bundle – 17.1, 17.2, 17.3 (3 x 700 mL)

Experience the complete Octomore 17 Series with all three releases together. From the purity of first-fill Bourbon maturation, through the richer influence of Port, to the intensely peated Islay-grown barley of 17.3, the collection is a fascinating exploration of peat, provenance and cask influence.

OCTOMORE 17.1 — THE REFERENCE
5 Years | 81 PPM | 59.7% ABV

Made from 100% Scottish Mainland Concerto barley and matured entirely in first-fill Bourbon casks. The reference point for Series 17, balancing intense smoke with vanilla, malt sweetness, pear and warming oak.

OCTOMORE 17.2 — EUROPEAN CASK
5 Years | 81 PPM | 59.5% ABV

Made from the same Scottish Mainland Concerto barley and peated to the same 81 PPM as 17.1, but with a very different cask journey. Matured in second-fill French oak previously used for Bourbon maturation and first-fill Port casks, bringing additional fruit, richness and spice to the Octomore smoke.

OCTOMORE 17.3 — ISLAY BARLEY
5 Years | 132.1 PPM | 60.9% ABV

Made from 100% Concerto barley grown at Octomore Farm on Islay. Matured across first-fill Bourbon, second-fill Ribera del Duero, Sauternes, Ice Wine and Syrah casks, combining formidable peat with salted caramel, fruit, vanilla, smoke and maritime character.

The Complete Octomore 17 Experience

17.2: Same barley & peat, different cask influence
17.3: Islay barley + 132.1 PPM + multi-cask maturation

Three whiskies. Three very different expressions of Octomore’s “Impossible Equation.”
