Nose: A coastal, mineral-esque first impression, but then notes of honey, some nougat and melted butter. Slightly waxy even. Tinges of citrus, mainly lemon zest, and then a hint of olive oil too. Quite attractive.

Taste: Thick, creamy mouthfeel. Hints of overripe banana and a gentle note of peach, then spices. Clove and pepper, for sure. A touch of liquorice too. Finally salty peanuts and whole wheat bread.

Finish: Medium. Hints of ripe apples and a light fennel note.
