Winemaker Notes
Intense red with violet reflections. In the nose, it presents notes of blackberries, spices and certain mineral touches. In turn, its passage through wood is perfectly integrated with the wine, adding complexity and a slight sweetness. In the mouth its body is voluminous, velvety and with a persistent end.
Pair with dishes of roast veal, stuffed pasta and regional dishes. It is also an excellent wine for meat pies and semi-cured cheeses.
