Nickel & Nickel C.C. Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful, single-vineyard expression of Rutherford in Napa Valley. Rich aromas of blackcurrant, ripe plum, and black cherry are layered with violets, dried herbs, cocoa, and sweet spice. The palate is concentrated yet polished, with fine-grained tannins, dark-fruit depth, and the distinctive earthy, dusty character known as “Rutherford Dust.” A full-bodied Cabernet with a long, savory finish and excellent aging potential.

Food Pairings: Grilled ribeye, prime rib, braised short ribs, roasted lamb, or aged cheddar.
