Mezcales de Leyenda – San Luis Potosi – Agave: Salmiana (42% ABV)

Mezcales de Leyenda started more than 15 years ago, when very few people had a clue about mezcal. Back at this time in 2005, when most were drinking tequila, they opened the first mezcal bar in Mexico City: “La Botica.” This bar helped create a buzz about mezcal and was the first of many steps on an journey in the world of mezcal.

Mezcales de Leyenda San Luis Potosí Salmiana is made by Maestro Juan José “Che” Hernández, second generation of mezcaleros. He follows the original recipe of his late father “Don Che”, producing a smooth yet pleasantly fragant mezcal.
