Okinawa’s prized Kumesan Syuzo distillery adds another artful island expression to the Kujira Ryukyu selection of locally crafted Single Grain rice whiskies. The rose-tinted watercolor wrapped around each limited-edition bottle hints at the soft notes of Spanish Sherry Casks that exclusively aged this whisky for twelve long, lovely years. This distinct process defines fruit-forward and subtly tart flavors, a semblance not too dry nor too sweet that makes this small batch stand out among the rest.
