🔥 Tasting Experience — A Storm in Three Acts

Nose:
A rush of heather-infused smoke, honeycomb cracked open by hand, toasted oak glowing in the dark, vanilla pods, and the unmistakable breath of the North Sea.

Palate:
Explosive and full-bodied. Heather honey, charred orange peel, macadamia richness, dark chocolate bitterness, and the glowing ember-heat of Orkney peat — floral, smoky, unmistakably Highland Park.
