Now, they’ve added smoke.
In collaboration with Allan Benton—legendary Tennessee ham and bacon maker—High Wire smoked 5,000 lbs of Jimmy Red in Benton’s iconic smokehouse. No peat. No gimmicks. Just Southern tradition.
Aged in Kelvin Cooperage #3 char white oak, the result is lightly smoked, layered, and utterly unique:
