High N’ Wicked Aeneas Coffey

Distilled in Cork County in a continuous Coffey column still, this Single Grain Irish Whiskey was crafted from a mash bill of 95% French Maize and 5% Malted Irish Barley, aged in ex-bourbon barrels, and finished for 6 months in Tinta Negra casks (extra sweet Madeira barrels). Bottled non-chill filtered at 50% ABV.
