Giacosa Fratelli Barolo 2014

Dark berry, baking spice and sage aromas come to the forefront. It’s rather straightforward, with dried black cherry, clove and nutmeg flavors offset by assertive tannins. Dry, full-bodied, well proportioned, and even velvety. Colors from ruby red, it changes, with age, to garnet red, with a ample and persistent bouquet, flowery with hints of rose, complex even up to leather and tar.
