WinemakingRigorous grape sorting by hand on conveyor belt. Fermentation in open wooden vats (500lt). Extended maceration in controlled temperature. Maturation for 12 months in mostly used 500lt French oak with periodical lees stirring.
Tasting NoteDeep ruby red color. The nose is complex with small black fruits and roasted spicy notes. Rich layers on the palate; dark cherries, blackberries, and blackcurrants with cocoa notes. Structure and concentration. Long aftertaste.
