Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey Batch No. 4

Dingle is a triple distilled Single Malt Irish Whiskey that’s bottled non-chill filtered, each batch of which is a unique and rare limited release.
Batch 4 is a marriage of hand selected Bourbon, Sherry, and Port casks.

Three distinctive hand-crafted copper pot stills are used to achieve Dingle Single Malt’s unique flavor profile, and wooden mash tun and fermentation vessels are used in a nod to tradition. Each still provides an individual nuance to achieve Dingle Single Malt’s unique flavor profile, and the spirit coming off the still uses only the pristine water drawn from their well, 240 feet below the distillery.
