Named after Samhain, the ancient Celtic festival marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter, Samhain is part of Dingle’s acclaimed Wheel of the Year series. This limited release is initially matured in first-fill Bourbon casks before being finished in Muscovado sugar casks, bringing an unusual depth and richness to Dingle’s fruit-forward spirit.

Expect aromas of dark caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, and ripe fruit, followed by flavours of rich toffee, sweet malt, baking spice, and gentle oak. The finish is warming and lingering, with the Muscovado influence adding a distinctive dark sweetness and complexity.
