Named after the ancient Celtic harvest festival celebrating the beginning of autumn, Lúnasa is part of Dingle’s acclaimed Wheel of the Year series. This limited release is matured in Bourbon casks before being finished in Widow Jane Bourbon barrels, adding an extra layer of richness while allowing the vibrant fruit-forward spirit to shine.

Expect aromas of ripe orchard fruit, vanilla, honey, toasted oak, and citrus zest, followed by flavours of caramel, baked apple, gentle spice, soft oak, and creamy malt. The finish is elegant, warming, and subtly sweet, making Lúnasa one of the more approachable yet distinctive releases in the series.
