Named for Lá Fhéile Bríde, the traditional celebration of St. Brigid associated with the arrival of spring, Bríde is another limited release from Dingle’s Wheel of the Year series. Initially matured in Bourbon casks before being finished in Rye casks, it combines Dingle’s soft, fruit-forward character with the distinctive spice and structure associated with rye whiskey.

Expect aromas of orchard fruit, vanilla, honey, and citrus, followed by flavours of creamy malt, caramel, pepper, baking spices, and toasted oak. The finish is warming and gently spicy, with the Rye casks providing an intriguing counterpoint to Dingle’s naturally sweet and elegant spirit.
