A delectable white Burgundy that’s youthful and shows much potential for age. Balanced with fruit, brioche and a fine woodsy aroma and mineral expression that is inviting on the palate. The Chardonnay vines are older, planted in 1983, in alluvial soils of clay and limestone. An age-worthy white wine. Pair with lobster ravioli.
