Clairin Sajous – Chelo Distillery – Saint Michel de l’Attalaye – Haiti Sugarcane Juice Rum

Clairin Sajous is produced on the magnificent plateau of l’Attalaye, right in the heart of the sugarcane and mango fields. It is crafted from an endemic and rare variety of sugarcane called Cristalline, grown without chemicals or fertilizers. This rum of spontaneous fermentation is distilled in a traditional pot still heated by an open flame.
