Blended to taste rather than by time, it’s designed to showcase the tequila’s bold agave character while maintaining balance and restraint—never allowing oak to overpower the spirit’s natural essence.

Produced in Amatitán, Jalisco, Cazcanes No. 7 Extra Añejo is made from 100% organic Blue Weber agave and natural volcanic spring water sourced from Navichi Springs near Hostotipaquillo. A small portion of the blend is finished with French oak staves, adding layers of depth, refined texture, and subtle complexity before final integration.

The result is an elegant and expressive Extra Añejo that reveals roasted agave, vanilla, dark chocolate, butterscotch, toasted oak, dried fruit, and warm baking spices, culminating in a long, harmonious finish that captures the perfect union of agave purity and barrel-aged sophistication.

Cazcanes Tequila was founded in 2015, with its first release arriving in 2017.
