### The Heritage Process

**Truck-Powered Shredding:** Ripe Blue Weber agave is crushed using a custom-built vintage shredder powered by a 1970s Chevrolet truck engine.

**Wild Open-Air Fermentation:** The agave juice ferments slowly in open-air vats, relying entirely on ambient wild yeasts native to the Jalisco highlands.

**Wood-Fired Distillation:** The spirit is double-distilled in small stainless-steel stills fueled by open wood fires, emerging at **96.2 proof (48.1% ABV)**.

**Zero Additives:** Unfiltered and completely unadulterated, with no additives and no water dilution after distillation.
