Ca’ Montini is a single vineyard premium Pinot Grigio DOC crafted to showcase the quality and winemaking history of Trentino. The wine is crafted with fruit grown in the highly prized Terre Di Valfredda vineyard. It has a mineral quality, with crisp apple, citrus fruit flavors, and fuller finish. As well as an aperitif it is a great match for seafood, shellfish, and lighter meals.
