A truly incomparable small batch spirit, unique in its process. Using only organic agaves and natural spring water, through a process of spontaneous-malolactic fermentation and high altitude distillation, the results are unique.

At sight clear and translucent, at taste, with notes and hints of vanilla, caramel, butter and moist soil.

40% ABV.
