Mater Rum Purple & Yellow Cane is a celebration of Mediterranean terroirs. This Sicilian rum is distinguished by a unique blend of purple and yellow sugar cane, fermented with wild yeasts for 72 to 96 hours. Distilled in a copper still heated in a bain-marie, it reveals a crystalline purity and a silky texture.
A Mediterranean aromatic journey
On the nose, this rum reveals aromas of white flowers, sweet orange zest and apricot, enhanced with a marine and herbaceous touch. On the palate, it is distinguished by intense notes of ripe fruits and Mediterranean spices such as thyme and rosemary, offering a long and refreshing finish. This balanced rum seduces with its complex character and elegance.
