Alambique Serrano ‘Alambique de Cobre’ Pot Still White Rum 71.1% abv

Only the 2nd batch of this elite rum to be brought to the States, it is about as pure of a spirit as you could hope to get. Made from local fresh pressed cane juice that is naturally fermented with wild yeasts and very slowly double distilled on direct fire copper pots. Bottled straight off the still at an astonishing 71.1% abv. Brimming with deeply penetrating notes of lime zest, peppercorns, ripe guava and toasted coconut.
