Adnams English Single Malt Whisky

Adnams English Single Malt Whisky is made using 100% malted two row barley, all of which is grown within 50 miles of the distillery. This whisky is aged in medium toasted, new French Oak casks, with portions of the whisky finished in ex-Bourbon casks. In 1872, the Adnams family purchased the Sole Bay Brewery, which dates back to at least 1345. The brewery was renamed Adnams, and for nearly 150 years, this family-run brewery has produced excellent beers for the local community. In 2010, Adnams opened their Copper House Distillery and has been producing incredible craft spirits ever since. This whisky received a 91 point rating from Whisky Advocate.

This begins gracefully as a soft, creamy single malt with flavors of vanilla caramel and condensed milk, becoming denser with scrumptious biscuit and chocolate flavors (think Twix bars) as it slowly reveals its secrets.”
