Tasting Notes
Color: Pale straw.
Nose: Smoked brisket, green mezcal, kaffir lime, sourdough, Fritos, fried padron pepper, tomato vine, pastrami bagel with Polish pickle, wet burlap sack.
Palate: Mesquite, whole wheat crackers, horseradish, toasted sesame, wet tobacco, ham hock, billowing campfire smoke, fresh hay.
Finish: Long, soft, briny, sweet cherry wood smoke.
