This limited 2-bottle bundle brings together two unusual expressions of Barr Hill Tom Cat Barrel Aged Gin, produced by Caledonia Spirits in Vermont with a distinctive combination of juniper, raw Vermont honey and oak maturation.

Tom Cat already occupies an interesting space between traditional gin and barrel-aged spirits. These limited editions take the concept further by introducing two dramatically different cask influences.

Barr Hill Tom Cat Limited Edition Stout Cask — 46% ABV
The darker and roastier of the pair. Stout-cask influence brings notes of cacao, coffee, toasted malt, dark caramel and spice, layered over Tom Cat’s juniper, honey and oak.

Barr Hill Tom Cat Limited Edition Rum Cask — 46.5% ABV
The richer and fruitier counterpart, with tropical fruit, caramelized sweetness and warm spice joining the underlying juniper, raw honey and barrel character.

Tasted side by side, this becomes more than simply two bottles of gin. It is an opportunity to explore how dramatically the finishing cask can reshape the same underlying spirit.
