Tasting: Waterford & Bimber Whiskies with Raj Sabharwal

Join us at Eagle Brook Saloon in Norfolk, MA on Thursday, August 5th at 7:00 PM for an exclusive tasting of whiskies from England and Ireland with Raj Sabharwal, Founder of Glass Revolution Imports.

Barley-forward, terroir-driven, with no coloring, chill-filtration or any additives whatsoever, Waterford is a new single malt from a distillery based in Ireland, helmed by ex-Bruichladdich industry expert Mark Reynier. Their goal: work with the best Irish barley growers to create the best single malts with the most transparency and innovation.

Bimber, on the other hand, is a London based distillery with similar goals: single farm barley, traditionally floor malted, hand-mashed and fermented slowly in wooden washbacks hand-made at their own cooperage, and matured and bottled onsite.

Tickets are $20 per person and include pours of the expressions listed below paired with food from Eagle Brook Saloon.
