Signatory is one of our favorite Independent bottlers, at one time we had over 65 expressions from Signatory. It is also widely loved by our customers. We have also selected four single barrels of Scotch from Signatory. These have included Bunnahabhain, Glenlivet, Glen Elgin and Linkwood. Signatory is one of the few Independent Bottlers that bottle their whiskies at three different bottling strength, Chill-filtered at 43%, The Un-Chillfiltered Collection at 46% abv and Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection at Cask Strength.
We were expecting the following ten expressions today, but received only 9. All of these are Single Barrel Expressions and once gone will be gone forever.

About Signatory Vintage Collection
2022 represents the 34th anniversary for Signatory Vintage. In 1988, brothers Andrew and Brian Symington started Signatory Vintage to buy and sell whisky with a twist. Their name – as well as the original business model – came from the idea of having every bottle signed by a celebrity before it was sold. (The idea never got off the ground, but the name stuck around.)
Signatory was initially based in the Newhaven area of Edinburgh, where a bottling plant was developed, but in 2002 the firm acquired Edradour distillery from Pernod Ricard, and subsequently moved all of its operations north to the picturesque Perthshire location.
A new bottling plant and a warehousing complex were constructed, strictly in keeping with the vernacular architectural style which prevails at the much-visited and diminutive former farm distillery.
Signatory Vintage have three main ranges: their regular range (bottled at 43% ABV), a cask strength range and a non-chill-filtered range. All of the ranges are superb, though many of us gravitate towards the Cask Strength expressions.
