Mezcal Vago is all about transparency. Each of the expressions is naturally made in a traditional palenque with no additives. The labels feature who made it, what pueblo, what agave, details in the process, dates, size of batch and more. The story of how the brand started is from a movie: gringo travels to Oaxaca, falls in love with the wrong girl, beaten by the girl’s future husband, the girl cures his wounds, the girl’s father happens to be a master mezcalero, and the rest is history!
