In June 2024, Catador Itinerante made its debut with two bold, cask-strength single casks—right here at Norfolk Wine & Spirits, a store that feels like home to our dear friend Pablo Goldbarg. Two additional bottlings followed, completing the inaugural quartet.

Now, one year later, Pablo returns to celebrate the journey so far—and share what’s next for his truly global independent bottler.
