About Nicholas Pollacchi:

With over 23 years of experience, Nicholas has built brands, educated audiences, and championed Scotch whisky globally. He has worked with Macallan, Highland Park, Glenrothes, and Balvenie; founded The Whisky Dog consultancy; and co-founded Shibui Whisky Company, growing it into the 3rd largest Japanese whisky brand in the US.
