Processing & Confirmation
Orders set for in-store pickup are processed within 24 business hours. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order and letting you know that it’s ready for pick up.
To pick up your order, you must present your order confirmation email, the credit card used to place the order, and your valid ID. To authorize someone other than yourself to pickup the order, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from the same email address used to place the order. The email must include the order number and the full name of the individual that will be picking up your order. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and pickup alcohol!
Orders set for in-store pickup will be held for up to 21 days after order confirmation if paid for in advance, or for up to three days if unpaid (pay in store). If your order has not been picked up within the specific time frame, the order will be canceled and refunded (if paid for in advance) and the product returned to inventory.
